The Mae Klong delta

Provenance your clients can taste.

Every coconut starts in the mangrove tidewater of the Mae Klong, in the canal country that has grown aromatic Nam Hom for a century. That story rides along to every event, and it is the one your guests retell.

Handling, from the grove to your booth

Two varietals from two countries: Nam Hom, the aromatic dwarf, from Ratchaburi in Thailand, and Green Dwarf from Vietnam. Both are harvested young, when the water is sweetest, and chilled the same day.

They cross the Pacific refrigerated at near-freeze, 30 to 45 days, and stay in the cold chain to our Kansas City base and on to your event. Refrigerated, they keep for weeks, which is why a show three states away is a cooler and a schedule rather than a gamble. Every coconut is opened fresh at the station, in front of the person who drinks it.

About the fruit

Straight answers, no sales deck. Anything not covered here goes in the form below, and a founder will answer it directly.

How fresh are they, really?
Harvested young in the Mae Klong canal country, held at near-freeze for the 30 to 45 day crossing, and cold-chained the whole way to your event. Refrigerated, they keep for weeks, so a show three states away is a cooler and a schedule, not a gamble.
Where do the coconuts come from?
Nam Hom, the aromatic dwarf, from the canal orchards of the Mae Klong basin in Ratchaburi, Thailand, with Green Dwarf from Vietnam as the second varietal. Cut young, chilled the same day, and refrigerated for the entire crossing.
